Low Latency Streaming
Last Updated: April 09
This feature is available to pro users only.
Low-latency streams are under 2-seconds-delay live streams that you can use to:
Coach your drivers in (close to) real-time.
Experience the race start and racing actions as it happens.
Wait for your stream to be live then click on “Start (with Overlay)” or “Start (No Overlay)” to start the low-latency stream in your browser.
Tip
Make sure to have a strong and stable internet connection for the device you’re watching the low-latency stream on.
Note
Since low-latency streaming is basically removing the buffering that is usually done to ensure a smooth stream, any connection issues between the streaming equipment and the MyRaces.Live platform (e.g., weak signal, network congestion, etc.) will have a more significant impact on the watching experience (freeze, pixelation, etc.) compared to the YouTube stream which is buffered (and therefore more delayed).
