Managing Your Subscriptions

MyRaces.Live offers three subscription tiers: Basic (Free), Premium, and Pro. You can view your current subscription, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Subscriptions page in the portal.
To access the Subscriptions page, go to Account > Subscriptions in the portal sidebar.
Plans and Pricing
Basic (Free)
The Basic tier is free and includes:
Up to 3 live stream events at a time
Overlay live race data
Pause stream with custom messages
Stream to 1 destination per stream (Connected YouTube channel)
Stream health monitoring
Access to live timing data table: sort, filter, save views
Pro
The Pro tier unlocks complete multistreaming support. Pricing:
$30 / month
$150 / 6 months (1 free month)
$300 / year (2 free months)
Pro includes everything in Premium, plus:
Use up to 3 destinations per stream (any combination of connected YouTube channels and custom RTMP/RTMPS destinations)
Access to live timing data including calculated data for strategy (pits insight, stints duration, expected lap times and delta, gained positions, etc.)
Access low latency video streams
Note
All users (including Basic) can save up to 3 custom RTMP destinations under Stream Destinations > RTMP Destinations. The subscription tier determines how many destinations can be used per stream event.
Viewing Your Current Subscription
The Subscriptions page shows your current plan at the top:
Basic (Free) users will see “BASIC (Free)” with an active badge.
Premium or Pro users with an active Stripe subscription will see their subscription details including:
Product name (Premium or Pro)
Billing frequency (Monthly, Every 6 months, or Yearly)
Price and currency
Current billing period start and end dates
Next invoice date
Upgrading, Downgrading, or Cancelling
If you have an active Stripe subscription:
Go to Account > Subscriptions.
Under your current subscription, click “Manage my subscription”.
You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
Upgrade from Premium to Pro
Downgrade from Pro to Premium
Cancel your subscription
Update your payment method
View invoice history
Note
When you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Basic (Free) tier.
Past Subscriptions
If you have had previous subscriptions that are no longer active, they will appear in the Past Subscriptions section at the bottom of the page, showing the product name, billing frequency, price, and the last billing period dates.
You can click “Invoice History and Download” to access your full invoice history and download receipts from the Stripe Customer Portal.
