Pre-Race Preparation (At Home)

• ☐ MyRaces.Live Portal

  • ☐ Racing Team created in the portal.

  • ☐ All Drivers added to the team.

  • ☐ Custom Overlay designed (if using Premium/Pro).

  • ☐ Stream Destinations configured.

  • ☐ Stream Events scheduled (racetrack timezone).

• ☐ Equipment Testing:

  • ☐ SIM card activated (if limited data plan, ensure it’s not already used up).

  • ☐ (MineA5) RTMP Channel is configured and Auto-Streaming is turned on.

  • ☐ (MineA5) Micro SD/TF Card has enough storage (local backup).

  • ☐ (MineA5) Auto-Recording is turned on (local backup).

• ☐ Power & Charging:

  • ☐ Equipmment fully charged.

Pack in Truck/Trailer

• ☐ Core Equipment:

  • ☐ MineA5 Camera (or other encoder).

  • ☐ External 4G Antennas (L-shaped or rooftop).

  • ☐ Activated SIM Card(s).

  • ☐ Micro SD/TF Card (local backup).

• ☐ Audio Gear:

  • ☐ External foam-protected microphone.

  • ☐ (Optional) Radio communications recorder.

• ☐ Mounting & Power:

  • ☐ Roll bar mount (ball, socket arm, and clamp).

  • ☐ USB-C charging cable.

  • ☐ 12V to 5V Step-down converter (if hardwiring to car battery).

  • ☐ External power bank and mount.

At the Track

• ☐ Kit Installation:

  • ☐ Camera mounted securely on the roll cage.

  • ☐ Camera lens cleaned.

  • ☐ (MineA5) External antennas securely tightened.

  • ☐ (MineA5) Microphone positioned away from direct wind.

  • ☐ (MineA5) USB-C cable connected from power source to camera.

• ☐ Start Streaming:

  • ☐ In myraces.live portal, wait for your Stream Event to show “Ready” status.

  • ☐ Add live timing source for the Stream Event.

  • ☐ (MineA5) Power on the camera : Check for 3+ bars of signal strength.

  • ☐ (MineA5) Signal Dot: Confirm the dot is Green.

  • ☐ (MineA5) Check Streaming: blinking green LED next to cloud icon.

  • ☐ (MineA5) Check Audio: audio bars are moving up as you talk in the mic.

  • ☐ (MineA5) Check Recording: solid green LED next to the video icon.

• ☐ Final Check:

  • ☐ In myraces.live portal, check orange/blue lines in “Stream Health.”

  • ☐ Open link to YouTube/Facebook/Instagram to confirm it’s live.

After the Stream Ends

• ☐ Equipment

  • ☐ Turn off equipment.

  • ☐ Charge the equipment before the next event

• ☐ Static Streaming to Youtube/Facebook/Instagram

  • ☐ Manually stop the streams on the platform.
